We all like to stay in our comfort zone because it doesn't challenge us physically or mentally. You can't grow or achieve anything if you don't put in effort and dedication. You have to teach your mind how to be comfortable being uncomfortable, which leads to success. We want a fit body quickly; a quick fix is not the solution for long-term results. Set realistic goals and do it right with professional help in whatever you set your mind on. By guessing, you will have lots of questions and doubts. I am 40 years old. I never been fat but I was always curvy. I have tried lots of diets and tried to stick to exercises but I don’t like exercises to be honest. I can walk many miles to work but I honestly don’t like to go to the gym, its not me. I met Albina; I have explained to her that I want to lose weight but I am not keen on exercises. I was very surprised that she said exercise doesn’t make you lose fat; exercise help you tone your muscles. Its all about what you eat and diet is very important. Albina asked me to do full biochemistry blood test and some additional tests, I have sent photos of my meals over the week and when she had all information, she started working on my diet plan.
Following my new way of eating, I have noticed I started receiving a lot of compliments on how I look. People start asking me what is the magic pill I take to lose weight. I explained to people that my wonderful Clinical Nutritionist and Fitness Coach helped to lose weight. She also created the exercises that I could do at home, I was very pleased with this and I did follow them and still do occasionally. I know Albina for almost 4 years and when I am stuck with my diet or need to ask some questions about supplements. I always call Albina, because I know she will give me the right advice and she always gives me TONE OF MOTIVATION too.
